Atty. Cainglit is a licensed California Attorney (Bar #259539) with offices in Southern California. He graduated from the University of Southern California and Whittier Law School. While attending law school, he was a clinical instructor and course director at the Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable John E. Ryan of the US District Court for the Central District of California.
Atty. Cainglit maintains a practice with a primary focus in trusts, estate planning, and probate. He comes from a large Filipino family and understands how each family has unique dynamics and circumstances. He is proud to represent many Filipino families in their estate planning. He is committed to helping them understand that the foundation of estate planning is not just saving tax dollars and legal fees, but also appreciating the value of estate planning for themselves and their loved ones.
Atty. Ogsimer is a licensed attorney through the Integrated Bar of the Philippines with over 13 years of experience in Philippine Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Trust and Probate Law. He recently relocated to the United States to join the Fil-Am Lawyers group in Northern California.
As a Partner with the AMC Law offices in the Philippines (Fil-Am Lawyer’s Affiliate Law Office in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines), he contributed to many of the Law Firm’s intricate Estate Planning techniques including the creation and establishment of Family Constitutions, Business succession plans, and trusts. He has also assisted numerous families in Estate Administration over the length of his legal career.
Dr. Gervacio is a licensed California attorney (Bar #176812) since 1995. He is a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.
He obtained his S.J.D. (Doctor of Juridical Science degree equivalent to the Ph.D. in Law) and two LL.M degrees (Masters in Tax Law and Masters in International Legal Studies) from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. He received his J.D. (Law Degree) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego.
In addition to his domestic trust and estates practice in the United States, Dr. Gervacio has also helped many US individuals from various parts of the US with their Philippine inheritance matters over the past several years. He is based in the South bay of the San Francisco Bay Area.
